1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC (“Al Ameen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and your purchase or use of any travel services, packages, bookings, or related services offered by AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, submitting a booking request, requesting a custom package, providing information for travel arrangements, checking an acceptance box, making a payment, or purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services or submit a booking.
2. ABOUT AL AMEEN
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC is a limited liability company registered in Concord, New Hampshire.
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC currently specializes in Umrah travel services and does not currently offer Hajj packages.
Our services may include complete Umrah packages as well as individual or customized travel services requested by customers.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND SERVICE AREA
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC currently offers services primarily to customers residing in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
4. TRAVEL SERVICES AND THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC arranges travel services on behalf of customers. Many underlying services are supplied by independent third parties, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, visa-processing providers, governmental or immigration authorities, payment processors, and other travel-service providers.
5. PACKAGE DESCRIPTIONS
Each package may differ in its included services. Customers are responsible for reviewing the package description before purchasing.
6. CUSTOM PACKAGE REQUESTS
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC may accept requests for customized travel arrangements. A custom request does not constitute a confirmed booking until AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC confirms availability and provides applicable pricing and booking requirements.
7. PRICING
All prices are subject to change until the applicable booking is confirmed and required payment has been received.
8. PROMOTIONS AND LIMITED-TIME OFFERS
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC may offer limited-time promotions, discounts, special pricing, or other promotional offers.
9. PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC generally requires full payment for a booking.
Payment methods may include credit or debit card through Stripe, bank transfer, Zelle when available, and other payment methods expressly offered by AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC.
10. $150 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
When a customer is unable to pay the full package price immediately but wishes to secure a place in an available package, AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC may permit the customer to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit.
11. ONLINE PROCESSING FEE
A $50 online processing fee may apply when specifically displayed at checkout.
12. PAYMENT PROCESSORS
Online card payments may be processed through Stripe. AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC does not store complete credit or debit card information.
13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate, sufficient funds are available, required payments are made on time, and payment accounts are authorized for use.
14. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are expected to contact AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback concerning a service that has been provided, reserved, or is subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
15. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Unless a package-specific cancellation policy provides otherwise, the following general cancellation framework applies.
MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
A customer may generally receive a refund, less non-refundable supplier costs, airline cancellation penalties, hotel cancellation penalties, visa fees, transportation costs, non-refundable third-party service fees, applicable processing fees, and other amounts already paid or committed on the customer's behalf.
30 TO 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
A customer may generally receive a partial refund, less applicable supplier penalties and other non-refundable costs described in these Terms.
LESS THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
Bookings are generally non-refundable. However, AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC may, at its discretion, consider a partial refund in extraordinary or documented circumstances.
16. NON-REFUNDABLE AND SUPPLIER COSTS
Even when a customer is otherwise eligible for a refund, AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC may deduct amounts that cannot reasonably be recovered from third parties.
17. REFUND PROCESSING
Where a refund depends on money being returned to AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC by a supplier or provider, the applicable refund will generally be processed after the relevant funds are received and the amount owed has been determined.
18. EMERGENCY OR EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC may, at its discretion, consider exceptions to its standard cancellation policy where a customer experiences an extraordinary circumstance.
19. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Customers may request changes to passenger information, travel dates, flights, hotels, room types, length of stay, transportation, and other services. Changes are subject to availability and applicable supplier rules.
20. NAME CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS
Customers must carefully verify all passenger names before airline tickets are issued.
21. AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Airline schedules are controlled by the applicable airline. Airlines may change or cancel flights, modify schedules, change aircraft, alter routes, or make other operational changes.
22. MISSED FLIGHTS AND CONNECTIONS
Customers are responsible for arriving at the airport with sufficient time to complete check-in, security, immigration, boarding, and baggage procedures.
23. AIRLINE BAGGAGE
Baggage allowances, fees, restrictions, delays, loss, damage, and claims are governed primarily by the applicable airline's rules and policies.
24. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel accommodations are provided by independent hotel operators. Hotel availability, room assignments, amenities, policies, check-in procedures, and services are controlled by the applicable hotel.
25. TRANSPORTATION
Ground and airport transportation, where included, may be provided by independent transportation companies.
26. UMRAH VISA SERVICES
Where visa assistance is included, AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC may submit or assist with the customer's Umrah visa application. AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC does not guarantee visa approval, visa issuance, visa processing time, entry into Saudi Arabia, immigration clearance, or any particular immigration outcome.
27. PASSPORT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their passports and travel documents are valid, accurate, unexpired, suitable for the intended travel, and consistent with the information provided.
28. IMMIGRATION AND ENTRY INTO SAUDI ARABIA
Obtaining a visa does not necessarily guarantee entry into Saudi Arabia. Final decisions concerning admission, immigration clearance, border entry, security screening, and governmental matters are made by the relevant authorities.
29. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing booking information, maintaining valid travel documents, meeting visa requirements, complying with airline and hotel requirements, arriving on time, following applicable laws and regulations, and paying required amounts by applicable deadlines.
30. HEALTH, VACCINATION, AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Travelers are responsible for determining and satisfying health, vaccination, medical-documentation, and entry requirements applicable to their destination and circumstances.
31. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, failures, delays, cancellations, insolvency, schedule changes, overbooking, or service interruptions of independent third-party suppliers.
32. FORCE MAJEURE
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC will not be responsible for failure, delay, cancellation, interruption, or modification of services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
33. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC's responsibility is limited to the travel services that it directly undertakes to provide.
34. NO GUARANTEE OF TRAVEL OUTCOME
Customers acknowledge that international travel involves circumstances that cannot be controlled by AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC.
35. CUSTOMER ASSUMPTION OF TRAVEL RISKS
By purchasing or using AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC's travel services, customers acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including delays, cancellations, illness, injury, weather events, government restrictions, security events, transportation issues, and changes in travel requirements.
36. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Unless specifically stated in writing as included in a customer's package, travel insurance is not included.
37. CUSTOMER PHOTOGRAPHS AND MEDIA
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC may photograph or record group activities or customers for promotional purposes only with appropriate permission.
38. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC encourages customers to contact us first regarding any complaint or dispute.
GOOD-FAITH RESOLUTION — The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before commencing formal proceedings.
MEDIATION — Where appropriate, the parties may attempt mediation before arbitration.
BINDING ARBITRATION — To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, a booking, payment, travel service, or relationship with AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than through litigation in court, except where applicable law prohibits arbitration or requires a matter to be heard by a court.
39. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.
40. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires another law to apply.
41. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
Customers agree that electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same effect as a written signature to the maximum extent permitted by law.
42. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the applicable booking confirmation, invoice, package description, itinerary, written quote, payment terms, and any written supplemental agreement, constitute the agreement between the customer and AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC concerning the applicable services.
43. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where permitted by law.
44. NO WAIVER
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
45. ASSIGNMENT
Customers may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC's prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.
46. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS
AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on alameen-travels.com with a revised effective or updated date.

48. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By using AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC's website, requesting a package, submitting a booking, submitting personal information for travel arrangements, making a payment, or otherwise purchasing or using AL AMEEN TRAVEL & TOURS LLC's services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
