Saudi eVisa is included in this package for eligible travellers. Our team will take care of all required visa process and documentation as part of your journey preparation.
Visa issuance remains subject to Saudi government requirements, passport validity, and applicable immigration rules.
REQUIREMENTS
Documents & Information Required
To help us process your booking and visa application smoothly, the following information is required:
Valid Passport
Your passport should have at least 6 months of validity remaining from the date of travel.
Passport-Style Photo
A recent, clear, passport-style photograph with a plain backgrounds for the Saudi eVisa.
Traveller Information
Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, country of birth, gender, and passport details for each traveller.
Contact Information
A valid email address, phone number, residential address, and emergency contact information for each booking.
Travel Information
Departure country and airport, along with any other travel information requested during the booking process.
Important
All documents must be clear, accurate, and valid at the time of submission. Visa issuance and entry into Saudi Arabia remain subject to the requirements and approval of the relevant Saudi authorities. Additional documentation may be requested when necessary.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation Policy
Unless a package-specific cancellation policy provides otherwise, the following general cancellation framework applies:
More Than 30 Days Before Departure
A refund may generally be available, less non-refundable supplier costs, airline and hotel penalties, visa fees, transportation costs, non-refundable third-party service fees, applicable processing fees, and other amounts already paid or committed on your behalf.
30 to 14 Days Before Departure
A partial refund may generally be available, less applicable supplier penalties, airline and hotel cancellation costs, visa and transportation costs, non-refundable third-party fees, the $150 non-refundable deposit where applicable, processing fees, and other amounts already paid or committed on your behalf.
Less Than 14 Days Before Departure
Bookings are generally non-refundable. However, Al Ameen Travel & Tours LLC may, at its discretion, consider a partial refund in extraordinary or documented circumstances.
Important Refund Information
Even where a customer is otherwise eligible for a refund, amounts that cannot reasonably be recovered from airlines, hotels, visa providers, transportation providers, payment processors, third-party suppliers, or other service providers may be deducted.
Eligibility for a refund does not necessarily mean that all amounts originally paid will be returned. Any exception or discretionary refund is considered on a case-by-case basis and does not establish a general right to a refund.
TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS
Unexpected Circumstances
If circumstances beyond the control of the traveller or Al Ameen Travel & Tours LLC affect your journey, including war, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other major travel disruptions, we will work diligently with airlines, hotels, visa providers, and other suppliers to recover any amounts available for refund.
Where funds are recoverable, we will make every reasonable effort to return the maximum recoverable amount to the traveller.
